Shipping Policy
Valures is located in Adelaide, South Australia and ships domestically and to a select number of international destinations. For information regarding International Shipping destinations, please refer to the list provided in the International shipping section below.
Orders are generally shipped within 48hours (Monday to Friday) using Australia Post with estimated delivery times between 3-6 Business days.
Orders received after 5pm AEST on Fridays will be processed on the following Monday.
Domestic
We charge a flat rate of $9 delivery on all orders under $150 Australia wide.
We also offer free delivery within Australia for any order over $150.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
International
We offer international shipping to the following countries:

- Canada

- Japan
- France
Don't worry! If your country isn't listed, just send us an email at sales@valuresfiji.com.au and we will see what we can do for you. International shipping will be automatically calculated before check-out and is based on the weight and destination. Please also note that freight for International shipping for larger items may incur additional costs. Contact us at sales@valuresfiji.com.au for a quote. Customs and import duties may be applied to international orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary from country to country.
